The cabinet did not wait for the consultation to close on October 28. Of about 96,000 votes counted when it acted, about 55,000 chose health, education and housing support through the Savings Fund and about 24,000 chose to save the money. Asked which sectors should get the money if projects were funded from the OT dividend, respondents put energy first at 50.6 percent.
